In addition to the eight country programmes in Africa and South Asia, SPW has a head office in London and offices in Australia, the USA and Zambia. The role of these offices is to support country programmes in the areas of finance management, funding, recruitment of international volunteers, sharing of best practice, programmatic guidance and management support.

New Regional Office

In recognition of the rapidly increasing significance of, and therefore demands on, SPW's Africa and Asia Programmes, our first regional support office was set up in Zambia with a remit to improve practice sharing, support and closer supervision of the programmes. The pilot year of the regional support office has been hugely successful and we are now exploring the possibility of opening a second regional support office in South Asia.
